Main goals of ARC are:

• organizing and support of archaeological research in Novgorod and other cities;
• archaeological rescue works on archaeological monuments within area of construction (roads, city planning, buildings etc.);
• participation in development of restoration projects for architectural monuments (preliminary research on base condition, uncovering of architectural details etc.);
• overview on communication construction in areas of cultural heritage value;
• preliminary archaeological works in areas of new building activity.
